Two of the largest artist studio warehouses in the east side Arts District have joined together to open their doors to the public in an open studio event.
Artists in 1000 Parker Street and the Mergatroid Building will be showcasing their talent and creations. You will see paintings, ceramics, furniture, designer clothing, jewellery, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and much more. Sample a taste of the Eastside Culture Crawl in the heart of the vibrant Strathcona area. Entry is free, and a percentage of sales will go towards a registered charity.
Walk, bike, drive, or take a bus, #22, or skytrain (VCC, then north to Venables)to the two buildings are near Clark and Venables.
